Cheese And Dill Muffins

Savoury muffins to tempt the taste buds.


  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp each salt, paprika and pepper
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tblsp chopped fresh dill
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk


  1. Sift the flour and spices into a bowl. Mix in the cheese and dill and make a well in the centre.
  2. Mix the butter, egg and milk together and pour into the well of the dry ingredients.
  3. Divide the mixture amoung 12 well-greasted muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until hot and golden.
