Fines Herbes Marinade

Pork, chicken, fish or shellfish will be enhanced with this herb marinade. The quantity is sufficient for six pieces.


  • 1 tblsp chipped chervil
  • 1 tblsp chopped chives
  • 3 tblsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tblsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • 3-4 tblsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. In a resealable bag put the parsley, chives, tarragon and oil.
  2. Add your preferred meat and toss well to coat. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cooking on a well-oiled barbecue.
