Italian Lamb Pizza

  • Makes 2 28cm pizzas
Italian Lamb Pizza


  • 1 aubergine, sliced and barbecued
  • 2 large lamb steaks, finely sliced
  • 1 red pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 red onion, peeled and finely sliced
  • 150 grams feta cheese, crumbled or, 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 quantity of Basic Pizza Dough (see separate recipe)


  1. Arrange large rings of cooked aubergine on top of the pizza dough. Scatter over the lamb steaks, pepper slices, sliced onion and a little feta or mozzarella cheese. Garnish with oregano and season well with salt and pepper.
