Ingredients
- 125 grams butter, melted
- 3 tblsp water
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- sugar to taste
Method
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Melt butter with water and mix with milk into the dry ingredients. Add sugar to taste. Mix to a soft dough with a knife. Cut into 12 even sized pieces. Leave a 2cm space between scones. Brush tops with milk.
- Bake at 220 degrees celsius for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
