Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup firmly packed parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup light, fruity virgin olive oil
Method
- Put the garlic and walnuts into a food processor and process until finely chopped.
- Add the parsley and parmesan cheese, and with the motor running, gradually pour the olive oil down the feed tube until the mixture forms a thick paste.
- Bottle into sterilised jars and keep refrigerated.
