Thai Chicken Wraps


  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tblsp Thai curry paste, red or green
  • 2 tblsp cocount cream
  • 2 tblsp chopped coriander
  • 6 fresh roti breads, warmed
  • salad greens for 6
  • 1 unseasoned pre-cooked chicken
  • canned mango slices or canned peach slices


  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the curry paste and the coriander.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise over each roti.
  3. Place salad greens in the middle and layer chicken and mango or peaches on top. Wrap tightly to serve.

Cooks Tips

- You can use flat naan bread in place of roti. - Purchase pre-cooked roasted chicken from your supermarket.
