- Pickled asparagus and artichokes are available in jars or at the deli section of the supermarket.
Ingredients
- 6 pieces Lebanese bread
- ½ cup sour cream
- rocket or baby spinach leaves
- pickled asparagus or artichokes, sliced thickly
- 500 grams hot-smoked salmon, flaked
- red onion slices
- capers
Method
- Spread the Lebanese Bread with sour cream and scatter over the baby rocket or spinach leaves.
- Place the sliced asparagus and artichokes on the top and then scatter over the flaked smoked salmon, red onion slices and capers. Roll up tightly to secure.
