Smoked Salmon Wraps

- Pickled asparagus and artichokes are available in jars or at the deli section of the supermarket.


  • 6 pieces Lebanese bread
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • rocket or baby spinach leaves
  • pickled asparagus or artichokes, sliced thickly
  • 500 grams hot-smoked salmon, flaked
  • red onion slices
  • capers


  1. Spread the Lebanese Bread with sour cream and scatter over the baby rocket or spinach leaves.
  2. Place the sliced asparagus and artichokes on the top and then scatter over the flaked smoked salmon, red onion slices and capers. Roll up tightly to secure.
