Ingredients
- 6 oz butter
- 3 oz sugar
- ½ lb flour
- 3 tblsp coconut
- 1½ tsp baking powder
Method
- Cream together the butter and sugar.
- Sift the flour and baking powder together and fold into the butter mixture with the coconut.
- Shape the mixture into long slug shapes on a greased baking tray.
- Cook at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until the slugs are cooked and become light brown in colour.
