Delicious with barbecued lamb cutlets.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 tblsp tahini paste
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tblsp lemon juice
- 2 tblsp sliced chives
- 1 tblsp finely chopped thyme
Method
- Combine yoghurt with tahini paste, minced garlic, lemon juice and beat well.
- Stir through chives and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
