Roasted Prosciutto With Goat’s Cheese

This tasty lunch dish has a Mediterranean touch.


  • 200 grams goat’s cheese
  • 4 sun-dried or semi-dried tomato halves
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • toasted ciabatta
  • rocket leaves to accompany


  1. Place a slice of prosciutto on a board. Top with a piece of goat's cheese, tomato and basil leaf. Wrap the prosciutto around and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  2. Brush lightly with olive oil and fan grill on a medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until hot and crispy. Discard toothpicks.
  3. Serve immediately on toasted ciabatta with rocket leaves.
