Ingredients
- 120 grams butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 230 grams icing sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 4-5 cups puffed wheat
Method
- Melt the butter in a saucepan with the cocoa and the icing sugar.
- Add the egg and continue to stir over a low heat for 2 minutes then add vanilla essence. Then when hot pour over 4-5 cups of puffed wheat and mix through.
- Pile onto greased tray spreading slightly and leave until next day to set.
