Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies

 Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Totally gluten-free and sensationally delicious, these cookies are SO easy to make - not beating, whipping or folding. Any style of nut butter can be used but avoid white chocolate chips as these will burn.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2-1 cup small-size chocolate chips

Method

  1. Into a bowl put all the ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon only until mixed.
  2. Place large spoonfuls onto a baking paper-lined tray leaving room for spreading.
  3. Bake in a 180 degrees Celsius oven f0r 12-15 minutes until golden and form. Cool on the tray. Keep in an airtight container.
