Ingredients
- 410 gram can peaches, well drained
- 1/4 cup Malibu or orange liqueur
- 2 bottles New Zealand bubbles, chilled
Method
- Puree and sieve the peaches. Mix the pulp with the Malibu and place 1-2 tblsp in the base of a tall glass. Pour in the chilled bubbles, swirl and serve.
- Alternatively, if you have a large punch bowl, ix all together just before the guests arrive.
