Ingredients

• 45 ml (3 tablespoons) gold Tequila
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon ) fresh lime juice
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh strained passionfruit pulp

Method

1. Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a sugar-rimmed margarita or cocktail glass.

Cooks Tips

- If you don't have a margarita glass, pour the drink over ice into a tall glass.
