Ingredients
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) gold Tequila
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon ) fresh lime juice
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh strained passionfruit pulp
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a sugar-rimmed margarita or cocktail glass.
Cooks Tips
- If you don't have a margarita glass, pour the drink over ice into a tall glass.
