Oyster shooters

Oyster shooters


  • 24 oysters, shucked
  • about 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Place each oyster into a shot glass. Top each with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, a sprinkling of sea salt and a grind of two of pepper.
  2. Serve 4 oysters per person, well chilled.
