Oat Bakes

  • Makes 30 pieces
Oat Bakes


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2½ cups coconut
  • 2½ cups rolled oats
  • 250 grams butter, melted


  1. In a bowl mix together the sugar, coconut and rolled oats.
  2. Pour in the melted butter and stir to mix well.
  3. Press into a greased, floured and lined 24cm x 30cm slice tin.
  4. Bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm. Store in an airtight container.
