
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2½ cups coconut
- 2½ cups rolled oats
- 250 grams butter, melted
Method
- In a bowl mix together the sugar, coconut and rolled oats.
- Pour in the melted butter and stir to mix well.
- Press into a greased, floured and lined 24cm x 30cm slice tin.
- Bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm. Store in an airtight container.
