Melon And Feta Salad

Serving sweet melons in a savoury manner makes an interesting yet refreshing salad.


  • 1 small rock and honeydew melon
  • 150 grams feta, crumbled
  • 1 cup juicy black olives
  • ΒΌ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 tblsp lemon juice
  • 2 tblsp chopped fresh dill


  1. Cut the rock and honeydew melons in half and scoop out the seeds. Use a melon baller to ball the melons into a large bowl. Alternatively peel and dice the melon.
  2. Toss in the crumbled feta, black olives, dill, lemon juice and olive oil. Serve just a little chilled.
