Serving sweet melons in a savoury manner makes an interesting yet refreshing salad.
Ingredients
- 1 small rock and honeydew melon
- 150 grams feta, crumbled
- 1 cup juicy black olives
- ΒΌ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 tblsp lemon juice
- 2 tblsp chopped fresh dill
Method
- Cut the rock and honeydew melons in half and scoop out the seeds. Use a melon baller to ball the melons into a large bowl. Alternatively peel and dice the melon.
- Toss in the crumbled feta, black olives, dill, lemon juice and olive oil. Serve just a little chilled.
