Ingredients
- 500 grams brown or flat mushrooms, finely chopped
 - 2 tsp minced fresh garlic
 - 75 grams butter
 - salt and pepper
 - 2-3 tblsp chopped fresh dill, sage, or chives
 - 300 grams linguine pasta (sufficient for 4)
 
Method
- Cook the mushrooms and garlic in the butter in a frying pan for 10 minutes until the mushrooms have softened and begun to release moisture.
 - Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Keep warm.
 - Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain well.
 - Toss into the pan with the mushrooms and mix together. Serve hot. Garnish with fresh herbs if wished.
