Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup cold water
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 500 green grapes, washed, halved and deseeded
Method
- Stir the sugar and water in a saucepan over a low heat until dissolved. Add lemon juice and cool. Add grapes and blend in a food processor until smooth.
- Strain through a sieve. Pour into a plastic lidded container and freeze. Remove from the freezer, run a fork over the grape ice and flake. Serve in chilled glasses.
