Goat’s Cheese Stuffed Fresh Dates

Sticky sweet dates are a great foil for the robust flavours of goat’s cheese camembert. Alternatively serve the cheese on top of bruschetta.


  • 16 fresh dates
  • 170 gram roll goat’s cheese camembert
  • lemon olive oil or extra virgin olive oil


  1. Cut a slit in each date without cutting in half completely. Remove the stone.
  2. Cut the cheese into ½ cm slices and cut each in half. Place a half into each date and place on a serving platter. Serve with lemon olive oil or virgin olive oil for dipping.
