Goat's Cheese Bruschetta

Goat's Cheese Bruschetta


  • 1 loaf sour dough bread
  • olive oil for brushing
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 170 gram roll goat’s cheese camembert


  1. Cut the loaf of bread into 8-10 x 1 cm thick slices. Brush lightly with olive oil and rub the bread slices with a cut piece of garlic. Place the slices on a baking tray.
  2. Bake at 200ºC for about 12 minutes or until just crispy but not too hard. Cool.
  3. Slice the goat’s cheese camembert thinly and arrange the slices on top of the crispy bread. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish if wished with chives.
