Ingredients
- 1 loaf sour dough bread
- olive oil for brushing
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 170 gram roll goat’s cheese camembert
Method
- Cut the loaf of bread into 8-10 x 1 cm thick slices. Brush lightly with olive oil and rub the bread slices with a cut piece of garlic. Place the slices on a baking tray.
- Bake at 200ºC for about 12 minutes or until just crispy but not too hard. Cool.
- Slice the goat’s cheese camembert thinly and arrange the slices on top of the crispy bread. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish if wished with chives.
