A rich chocolate glaze that's best used on rich chocolate cakes or cup cakes.
Ingredients
- 150 grams dark chocolate
- ½ cup cream
Method
- Place the chocolate and cream in a small jug or bowl and heat in the microwave on high power (100%) for about 1 minute. Stir and if the chocolate has not begun to melt, heat a further 30 seconds and stir again. Stir to make a smooth paste.
- Allow to cool before using.
