Fruity Marshmallow Kebabs

Fruity Marshmallow Kebabs


  • 180 grams packet large marshmallows
  • 50 grams dark or white chocolate, melted
  • 60 gram bottle 100s and 1000s
  • fruit for kebabs, use strawberries, kiwifruit, grapes and bananas (whatever is at hand)


  1. Dip one end of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and coat with the 100s and 1000s. Set aside on a baking paper-lined tray or place and refrigerate for one hour or until set.
  2. When ready to serve, prepare the fruit into bite-sized pieces that can be easily pierced onto a skewer.
  3. Skewer the marshmallows and fruit onto kebabs and serve.
