Ingredients
- 180 grams packet large marshmallows
- 50 grams dark or white chocolate, melted
- 60 gram bottle 100s and 1000s
- fruit for kebabs, use strawberries, kiwifruit, grapes and bananas (whatever is at hand)
Method
- Dip one end of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and coat with the 100s and 1000s. Set aside on a baking paper-lined tray or place and refrigerate for one hour or until set.
- When ready to serve, prepare the fruit into bite-sized pieces that can be easily pierced onto a skewer.
- Skewer the marshmallows and fruit onto kebabs and serve.
