A quick and tasty dip.
Ingredients
- 300 gram can rinsed and drained chickpeas
- finely grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tblsp tahini paste
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ΒΌ cup olive oil
Method
- In a food processor or blender, process chickpeas with the lemon, tahini paste, ground cumin and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds. Serve with pita bread chips and olives on the side.
