Easy Hummus

A quick and tasty dip.


  • 300 gram can rinsed and drained chickpeas
  • finely grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tblsp tahini paste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil


  1. In a food processor or blender, process chickpeas with the lemon, tahini paste, ground cumin and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Garnish hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds. Serve with pita bread chips and olives on the side.
