Ingredients
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or other hard cheese like gruyere)
- 125 grams cream cheese
- 2 tblsp Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tblsp chopped chives
Method
- Mix the ingredients together in a food processor and keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Use as a spread with crackers or a topping for grilled cheese on toast.
Variations
- Add 1-2 tblsp finely chopped glace ginger Add 1 mashed hard boiled egg Use crumbled blue cheese with the grated cheddar
