Crunchie Bar Ice Cream

  • Makes 1 litre
Crunchie Bar Ice Cream

Make way for a touch of decadence with this luscious icecream.


  • 2 cups cream
  • 395 gram can condensed milk
  • 3 Crunchie Bars
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. Whip the cream until thick. Add the vanilla essence and fold in the condensed milk.
  2. Chop the Crunchie Bars well and fold into the cream mixture.
  3. Place into a freezer proof bowl and freeze overnight until set. Use within 10 days.

Cooks Tips

Variations: Instead of Crunchie bars, use finely chopped Mars or Moro bars. Substitute the vanilla essence with drops of almond essence. To make a jaffa-flavoured ice cream, add the grated rind of two oranges. For easy serving, heat the ice cream scoop in warm water before scooping the icecream into serving dishes. This dessert makes a quick and delicious after school snack served in ice cream cones. This recipe is high in kilojoules so serve smaller portions accompanied by fruit. In summer serve with berries and stone fruit in winter with poached pip fruit.
