Corn relish

Corn relish

A family favourite that's easy to make and just great for summer picnics and sarnies.

Ingredients

  • 7-8 fresh corbs corn
  • 4 onions, peeled and chopped
  • 2 green capsicums, deseeded and diced
  • 2 red capsicums, deseeded and diced
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
