A family favourite that's easy to make and just great for summer picnics and sarnies.
Ingredients
- 7-8 fresh corbs corn
- 4 onions, peeled and chopped
- 2 green capsicums, deseeded and diced
- 2 red capsicums, deseeded and diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 cups white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
