
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and mashed to a paste
- ½ cup corn relish
- ½ cup (150 gram tub) sour cream
Method
- In a bowl mix together the garlic, corn relish and sour cream. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with crudities such as sliced celery, carrots, fresh beans, quartered mushrooms, sliced radishes, florets of broccoli or cauliflower.
