This refreshing Spanish summer wine punch prepared with rose and red summer fruit is ideal to kick start a Boxing Day gathering.

Ingredients

• 750 ml bottle of rose wine
• 500 ml (2 cups) soda water
• 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
• ¼ cup Cointreau or Grand Marnier
• 2 cups chopped fresh fruit such as cherries, watermelon and strawberries
• 2 limes, sliced

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together with plenty of crushed ice and serve well-chilled.
