Chocolate Cherries

Chocolate Cherries

These wee dainties never go out of fashion.


  • 100 grams dark chocolate, chopped
  • 18 cherries, with stems


  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place the choclate in a small bowl and place in a microwave. Heat on full power (100%) for about 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir until smooth.
  3. Dip the cherries into the chocolate, hold for a few seconds over the bowl of chocolate to allow the excess to fall off before placing on the prepared tray. Refrigerate if required to allow the chocolate to set. Serve chilled.
