Ingredients
Pork meatballs
- 500 grams lean pork mince
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
Sauce and noodles
- 1 bunch choy sum
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
- 1 large red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- dash sesame oil
- 400 gram packet Hokkien-style noodles
- ¼-½ cup chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
Method
- Mix the pork mince with the garlic, ginger, chilli sauce and coriander. Shape into walnut-sized balls. Pan-fry in a little oil until brown and cooked. Set aside.
- Pan-fry the choy sum with the garlic and fresh chilli in a dash of sesame oil until the choy sum begins to soften.
- Add the noodles, chilli sauce and coriander. Lastly, toss through the meatballs and serve.
