Ingredients
- ¼ cup onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1½ tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried orange peel, optional
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon each cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt
Method
- Mix together the onion flakes, paprika, turmeric, parsley, cumin, orange peel if using, garlic, cayenne and black pepper and salt. Toss to mix. Keep refrigerated in a sealed container and use within 2 weeks.
