Chargrilled Chicken Breast With  Orange Mustard Sauce

This recipe is great for a weekend snack for the teenagers to put together or a casual dinner.

Ingredients

  • 800 gram packet Tegel Chicken Breast Steaks, Chargrill Style

Orange Mustard Sauce

  • 250 gram tub Tararua Crème Fraiche
  • grated rind 2 oranges
  • 2 tblsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tblsp wholeseed mustard
  • 2 tblsp finely chopped chives

Method

  1. Place the Tegel Chicken Breast Steaks on a foil-lined tray. Grill 7 minutes under a medium heat before turning over and grilling a further 6-7 minutes.
  2. Mix together all the sauce ingredients.
  3. Serve the chicken on top of grilled foccacia bread with your favourite salad ingredients and accompanied with a generous serve of the Orange Mustard Sauce.
