This recipe is great for a weekend snack for the teenagers to put together or a casual dinner.
Ingredients
- 800 gram packet Tegel Chicken Breast Steaks, Chargrill Style
Orange Mustard Sauce
- 250 gram tub Tararua Crème Fraiche
- grated rind 2 oranges
- 2 tblsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tblsp wholeseed mustard
- 2 tblsp finely chopped chives
Method
- Place the Tegel Chicken Breast Steaks on a foil-lined tray. Grill 7 minutes under a medium heat before turning over and grilling a further 6-7 minutes.
- Mix together all the sauce ingredients.
- Serve the chicken on top of grilled foccacia bread with your favourite salad ingredients and accompanied with a generous serve of the Orange Mustard Sauce.
