This spice recipe is used to coat salmon in the recipe for "Salmon with Herb Sauce".
Ingredients
- 1 tblsp paprika ( use smoked paprika for a change)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano or majoram
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chilli powder
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and keep in an airtight container.
