
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 200 grams packet pre-made cheese sauce
- ¼ cup cream
- 1 tblsp chopped chives
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes in a little salted water until tender. Drain and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Mix together the cheese sauce, cream, chives and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the broccoli. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 180ºC until golden and the sauce is heated through.
Cooks Tips
We used Tatua Farms pre-made cheese sauce. It has good flavour and is an ideal item to keep in the cupboard.
