Broccoli Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 200 grams packet pre-made cheese sauce
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1 tblsp chopped chives
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes in a little salted water until tender. Drain and place in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Mix together the cheese sauce, cream, chives and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the broccoli. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake at 180ºC until golden and the sauce is heated through.

Cooks Tips

We used Tatua Farms pre-made cheese sauce. It has good flavour and is an ideal item to keep in the cupboard.
