Black And White Amaretti Biscuits

Look for these on the biscuit shelf in the supermarket.


  • 75 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 packet amaretti biscuits
  • 75 grams white chocolate


  1. Melt dark chocolate by placing in small dish over simmering water or in microwave on low for 1 minute.
  2. Dip almost half the biscuit in dark chocolate. Set aside so chocolate can become hard (a cake cooling rack is good to use for this). Repeat using all the biscuits.
  3. Melt white chocolate as above. Dip the other side of each biscuit in white chocolate (leaving a narrow strip of biscuit showing between dark and white chocolate). Set aside. Use any left over chocolate can be used to pipe decoratively on top. Store in an airtight container.
