Ingredients

• 1 kilogram frozen strawberries
• 1 litre fresh orange juice or 1 litre carton orange juice
• 125 ml bottle soda water
• garnish
• fresh orange slices
• fresh strawberries

Method

1. In a food processor or blender, process ¼-½ of the frozen strawberries at a time with some of the orange juice until smooth. Continue until all the strawberries and orange juice have been pureed.
2. Divide between 2 large jugs and top up with soda, mix well and add ice cubes.
3. Garnish with fresh orange slices and strawberries.

Cooks Tips

- If you are entertaining children's parents at the same time, you could make up another jug using an economical methode champenoise wine instead of soda.
