Rosemarie's Chocolate Biscuits

These biscuits will be a great hit in the school lunchbox.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tblsp condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method

  1. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy. Beat in the condensed milk.
  2. Sift together the flour and baking powder and fold into the butter mixture with the chocolate chips.
  3. Place dessertspoonfuls of mixture onto a baking paper lined tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes, until just brown.
