These lacy cheese and sesame crackers are a great crispy change from normal savoury crackers.
Ingredients
- 2 cups grated tasty cheddar cheese
- 2 tblsp sesame seeds
Olive Dip
- 2 tblsp olive tapenade
- 1/2 cups Lisa’s Yoghurt Dip
Lemon and Herb Dip
- 1/2 cup Lisa’s Yoghurt Dip
- 0 grated rind one lemon
- 2 tblsp finely chopped parsley
Sesame Seed and Cheese Wafers
Method
- Toss the cheddar cheese and sesame seeds together. Place small handfuls on a baking paper-lined baking tray, allowing plenty of room for spreading.
- Bake at 190°C for 12-15 minutes until golden, crispy and lacey.
- Transfer to a cake rack to cool while hot. When cold store in an airtight container. Serve with the Olive Dip or Creamy Herb Dip
Makes 24
Olive Dip
- Mix the tapenade and Lisa’s Yoghurt Dip together.
Makes 1/2 cup
Lemon and Herb Dip
- Mix together the Lisa’s Yoghurt Dip with the lemon rind, parsley and cream.
