Ingredients
- 2 large juicy tomatoes, halved and deseeded
- 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 2-4 tblsp olive oil (extra virgin is nice here)
- 1 large green chillies, deseeded and diced
- ΒΌ tsp smoked paprika
Method
- Toss all the ingredients together and season with salt and a pinch sugar. Allow to stand (covered) for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to mingle.
