Ingredients
- 200-250 grams smoked fish
- 500 gram tub ready-made falafel mix
- 2 tblsp chopped fresh dill or fennel
- ½ tsp celery seeds (if you have some)
- 2 spring onions, chopped
Lemon Yoghurt
- 1 juicy lemon rind, grated
- 1 cup creamy Greek-style yoghurt
Method
- Finely chop the smoked fish and mix with falafel mix. Season with dill or fennel, celery seeds and spring onions.
- Mix well and shape into 8-10 even-sized balls or patties. Pan fry until hot and golden.
- Serve the kofas with a salad and a spoonful of Lemon Yoghurt.
Lemon Yoghurt
- Stir the grated rind of the lemon into the yoghurt.
