Peach Cocktail

Serves: 10

Ingredients

410 gram can peaches, well drained

1/4 cup Malibu or orange liqueur

2 bottles New Zealand bubbles, chilled


Method

1.  Puree and sieve the peaches. Mix the pulp with the Malibu and place 1-2 tblsp in the base of a tall glass. Pour in the chilled bubbles, swirl and serve.

2.  Alternatively, if you have a large punch bowl, ix all together just before the guests arrive.
