Cheat's peanut satay sauce

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: Makes 1½ cups

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter, crunchy

¾-1 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons Indonesian soy sauce

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger


Method

1.  Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk until smooth adding more coconut milk or warm water if a thinner satay is required. Serve immediately.


Cooks Tips

- If you do not have the sweeter thicker-style Indonesian soy sauce (also called Kecap Manis), use dark Chinese soy and 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar to sweeten. There are no comments for this recipe. You can leave a comment below.
