1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
¾-1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons Indonesian soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk until smooth adding more coconut milk or warm water if a thinner satay is required. Serve immediately.
