1 kilogram frozen strawberries
1 litre fresh orange juice or 1 litre carton orange juice
125 ml bottle soda water
garnish
fresh orange slices
fresh strawberries
1. In a food processor or blender, process ¼-½ of the frozen strawberries at a time with some of the orange juice until smooth. Continue until all the strawberries and orange juice have been pureed.
2. Divide between 2 large jugs and top up with soda, mix well and add ice cubes.
3. Garnish with fresh orange slices and strawberries.
